- The refund request is made within 180 days of purchase.
Once an eSIM has been activated, it is no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of usage.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The eSIM has been activated or partially used
- Incorrect purchase (e.g., wrong country or plan selected) after activation
- Device incompatibility if not verified prior to purchase
- Change of mind after activation

5. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:

If you experience technical issues preventing activation, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If unresolved and the eSIM remains unactivated, a refund may be issued.
