RoamEZY sells digital eSIM products exclusively. All products are delivered electronically — no physical shipment is involved. Upon purchase, customers receive an eSIM activation QR code or installation instructions via email.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the contract date without giving any reason, provided the eSIM has not been activated.
By activating your eSIM, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is forfeited upon activation.
Extended Refund Policy: RoamEZY offers refunds on non-activated eSIMs for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted to roamezy@outlook.com with your order number and confirmation that the eSIM has not been activated.
